Every package includes proactive management of Microsoft 365 and one primary device per user. The difference between packages is the depth of cyber protection.

Each package includes a monthly support allowance based on your number of users.

Managed IT & Secure IT

  • 1 support ticket per 2 users per month
  • Rounded up to the nearest whole ticket
  • Minimum of 1 included ticket per client

Secure Practice IT

  • 1 support ticket per user, per month
  • Designed for organisations requiring enhanced support and governance
  • Minimum of 10 users

If usage exceeds the included allowance, additional tickets are charged at £65 per ticket.

This structure ensures support remains fair and predictable while helping us maintain fast response times and a consistently high level of service.

Each package is designed for a different level of risk, security and support. Managed IT provides a strong foundation for day-to-day IT management. Secure IT adds additional cyber security layers such as advanced email protection, password management and security awareness training. Secure Practice IT adds secure communications, private access controls, cyber governance and compliance-focused reporting for organisations handling sensitive client information.
Pricing scales per user. Add or remove users and your monthly cost adjusts accordingly.
